The raffles hotel in other locations is of a much higher standard. The suite that we were staying in Makkah was tired and needs refurbished. The bathroom tiles, flooring and shower need to refurbished and need replaced. Walls could do with freshening up as they are marked in many places. Better dusting could be done around the suite- dust was on the skirting boards, lamps etc. The curtains were as though they have never been washed and are stained/marked. We reported issue with the noise of the bathroom fan in the toilet area, however this was not addressed. For the high price we paid we expect the suite to be in a much better condition. My husband and I were annoyed that the suite did not live up to the raffles in other countries we visited.

They went above and beyond to help organize my wedding dinner, making it a truly perfect evening. Planning such an important event from the UK, with only phone calls to rely on, had me feeling quite anxious. However, their attentiveness and care put me completely at ease. On the day of the event, their dedication was evident—they took care of every detail and ensured everything ran seamlessly. The food and the wedding cake were absolutely delicious, receiving endless compliments from our guests. The team was not only professional but also warm and caring, making everyone feel special. تجربه مميزة ومعتاد على الحفاوة من جميع طاقم وموظفي الفندق وخاصة مديرهم الاستاذ شكيري والاخت الهنوف طبعاً اكثر مايشدني للفندق الاهتمام بالنظافة وعلى مدار الساعه وكذلك الافطار متنوع ومميز اصافة الى رائحة الفندق الجميله والتي لم تتغير منذ عرفت الفندق قبل اكثر من عشر سنوات
