I came after completing my hajj, so paid massive premium. For this I would’ve expected my booking to be honoured however I was given a twin room instead of a king room. Hotel stated that room was not available however I see from that other people have suffered a fate. Also, my room did not have an iron in it only an ironing board. For such a price as I paid, I would expect to have this facility. I paid 877SAR for one night.

I ordered a room with a king bed and bathtub, when I checked in it wasn't ready, only twin beds were available without a bathtub. A few hours later I asked to move to a king bed room, but there was still no bathtub. The most disappointed thing was that the electricity was completely out, there was an electrical short, almost 1 hour waiting for the technician to come and fix it. I called the receptionist and the duty manager didn't pick up, no response. The electrical installation was bad, without insulation so a short circuit caused sparks to appear, then the engineering technician gave it insulation. Hopefully this will improve in the future. 1182
