I had a very great time.. the receptionist call, Jahad was very helpful in all ways and forms. His clients orientation skills marvelous. Another receptionist call Hassan he was also good. They both are very professional in their approach

Hôtel propre. Literie confortable. Bus gratuit jour et nuit en face de l’hôtel. Trajet jusqu’au masjid el haram en 2 min.

Zero.. Horrible experience. I dont recommend at all. Dirty hotel and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend it at all to anyone. Everyday we had a new issue with the hotel. Only 1 person trying to help, thats if you find him.. Reception never answers

The staff is rubbish, they don't change towels, they don't change bed sheets, they don't even clean the room once a week, I don't recommend it, there's no kettle in the room, the dust in the room has probably never been wiped, there's no basic business card at the reception, you go to the reception, tell them to at least wipe the floor, they say now and that's it, we came with a group, everyone complains

Seems like the Room was not ready and cleaned properly before the check in.
Safe was not working and asked them to fixed it after the check in and I had to wait for it.
Then found small hairs around the sink everywhere and was disgusting.
Had to go for Umrah and when came back had to request them to clean it.
Lift are not smart and only 2 lift connected with one call system and the third lift work own it on. So lift stops on almost all floors when busy.
Shuttle service is available but not that frequent. Roughly after every 30 minutes.
WiFi is slow at peak time.
