We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it never fails to impress us. The reception team and other staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The rooms are perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff is very helpful and always available during the day, ensuring everything stays tidy and pleasant throughout the stay.
The hotel offers comfort and service comparable to well-known properties like those in the Abraj and Safwa Towers, but at a more affordable price. It's located on Ibrahim Khalil Road, with plenty of desi restaurants nearby—ideal for South Asian travelers.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to Gate 1 (King Abdul Aziz Gate) of Masjid al-Haram, which is manageable for most visitors. However, guests using wheelchairs or with mobility issues might find the distance a bit challenging.
