Nice 5 star hotel at Jabal Omar area, 10-15 walking distance to haram. They also provide shuttle, limited golf car. Very good modern room and nice quality breakfast. But they need to improve guest relation and service, a bit behind compare to more international brand such Hilton, Bonvoy, Fairmont those close by.
First check in experience, slow n you being ask so many repetitive question.. we also complain about leaking at bathroom ceiling and the water pressure bit slow. Engineer came but left without fix. So we stay 4 nights with that. Room Cleaner 3 pm not finished, garbage several days not trown out, tea and tooth paste not Refill.
The highlight of this hotel definitely is the sky mushola..

This hotel is very clean and up to standard. As in 5 star no doubt. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Their service was excellent.
But, the location is a bit not too close to Haram especially when walking back it is up the hill.
Even though they have buses, which you need to catch up to and from the haram area. They buses stop in an area where you need to walk down and use the lift to go to floor C1.
On reaching C1 normally the police will block the road and you have to go back and walk all the way to Haram. Therefore, the use of the buses to transport people have been defeated.
I also noticed brown/reddish water coming from the tap throughout my stay for 3 days.
The extraction in the bathroom was also not working and I had to call them to fix.
The worst part is the loud noise coming from the construction site, which didn’t allow me to sleep during the day. They said there was nothing they could do because even if they changed the room, the noise is still there.
