The receptionist lady was so helpful, we can check in early although we came at 3pm. We had a nice stay here

The location is great, but there’s a bridge that makes it difficult to reach the hotel’s front door. However, the hotel provides a bus service to and from the Haram, which makes commuting much easier. I initially arrived by taxi, and it was challenging to access the front entrance.
