Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah

Jumeira Jabbal Omar is a beautiful hotel Maashallah. The hotel, is very modern, clean and has an array of shops in the local building for quick access. It is a 4 minute walk from the haram and is in close proximity to gate 79 umrah entrance and also to clock tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the haram is close, you should still try to get to the haram early for prayer times as sometimes certain routes are closed thus redirecting mutamireen to alternate areas which may not be where you intended to be. The one negative about the hotel is that it is located in an area of the haram that is not easily detected on google maps thus unable to order an uber from this hotel as a pickup point. This is however the case with several hotels close to the haram. This was otherwise a lovely stay and in shaa Allah looking forward to returning soon.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel upheld its reputation for world-class luxury and attentive service. Location: Unmatched Proximity to the Haram The hotel’s location is, without a doubt, its greatest asset. Being part of the Jabal Omar development means the Masjid Al Haram is an incredibly short and convenient walk away. This proximity was invaluable, allowing us to attend all daily prayers and perform Umrah with ease and speed, saving precious time and energy that could be dedicated to worship. For those seeking to maximize their time in the Holy Mosque, the ease of access is unbeatable. Accommodation and Comfort We stayed in a Deluxe Room (or other specific room type if you know it), which was both spacious and elegantly appointed. The attention to detail in the room was a hallmark of the Jumeirah brand—from the premium bedding and memory foam mattress that ensured a deeply restful sleep, to the modern, well-maintained amenities. The overall ambiance of the room was one of serene comfort. If you are fortunate enough to secure a Haram View room, it offers a truly profound and peaceful experience, allowing you to reflect and even perform voluntary prayers with a direct view of the Kaaba, enhanced by live speakers broadcasting the Adhan. Impeccable Service and Dining Options The staff service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. Every member, from the reception team to housekeeping, was incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional. Their willingness to assist quickly and efficiently truly elevated the experience. While we did not utilize the breakfast, we made use of the 24-hour in-room dining service a couple of times. The food arrived promptly, was of high quality, and provided a delicious, convenient option after a long day of worship. The variety of on-site dining options also gives guests great flexibility. Final Verdict The Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah provided an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and deep serenity, making our three-night pilgrimage a truly seamless and spiritually enriching experience. The combination of its prime location, luxurious rooms, and impeccable, five-star service fully justifies the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any pilgrim seeking a peaceful, convenient, and top-tier experience in Makkah.

This hotels location is perfect literally minutes away from the masjid al-haram. There is a special floor (C1) that leads you to the haram. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is open buffet which top notch!
