Spa Hotels in Makati

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

Greast rooms, clean, elevators a bit slow. Front desk personnel super helpful and friendly, so is pool staff. The top floor pool is really the best here, open from early to 10pm it offers a refreshing bath and a great rest listening to the live band performing in the rooftop restaurant Firefly

Big rooms,nice location,very accessible place,the hotel staff are friendly and nice,great value for money!we had fun staying at this hotel,we will surely come back and stay to this hotel!very near with the bars and have a lots restaurants to choose from. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. They always offer to clean the room and change towels daily. We love the place!!very clean !

My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. e service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.

Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Front staff and door staff was super nice always welcoming. Ritz and Aubrey were real gems and made me feel welcomed. All the door guys were also very friendly. Pool was nice upstairs on rooftop and the food looked good but I didn't try. Shower in room was good however, since there is no door some of the water tends to seep out onto the bathroom floor which will soak your floor towel. Wish they could fix that issue with something as the design on that although modern just doesn't work to well in this case. Aside from that I had an excellent stay and will be happy to go back on my next visit! Book without hesitation!!

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.
