The room is quite large and fully equipped.
However, the Christmas Party downstairs lasts until 10:30

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

Location is okay. Overall it is a little old.
Number of elevators is good.
Air conditioner initial setting is cold.
Bed is a little hard.
Charging status is okay.
Wifi is good.
Shower with bathtub is narrow and slippery so be careful.
There was a small insect in the bathroom.
Coffee is Nescafe.
Water is available but it is not bottled so it is better to bring your own, but the kettle is a little old, so it is better to have an electric kettle for hygiene reasons.
Not necessary if you don't mind.
Vegetables for breakfast salads are few in variety.
Bread is average. Eggs were okay for now.
It was Christmas season so it was hard on the eyes when I entered from the dark outside, but it was a nice hotel and the staff were kind.
