Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick trip and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

This is my second time staying at Fairmont Makati. As always, the service is great and the location is excellent.
However, the hotel buffet breakfast tends to be oily and lacks vegetable selection.

Magnificent hotel. From the entrance you can feel the quality and the services available.
Room equipped with all the services. Magnificent bathroom.
Breakfast (for a fee) abundant, one of the best ever.
Gym / SPA / pool extremely relaxing and functional.
Staff always ready and available.
Location of the hotel ideal.
Too bad I only stayed one night! I will definitely return if I am in Manila again.

Very classy beautiful and clean. Service and amenities are impeccable. It has a very nice pool and gym. The staff are amazing .the staff are Very polite and nothing is an issue for them. Extremely Clean hotel. I absolutely loved the evening turn down service. Hotel is in a fantastic location . Totally recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed

Love our stay. Staff was so good. Request for anniversary decorations but they prepared more. We are so happy with the service by the hotel. Everyone was so good and nice. Really recommend this hotel.
