Our experience was generally comfortable; however, the buffet breakfast did not meet our expectations. We anticipated a daily buffet, as that was included in our payment, but on one occasion, we were informed that due to the low number of guests, we would need to order from the à la carte menu instead. This was disappointing and not acceptable to us.

The location of this hotel is quite good however, this is probably the only thing that would get me to return. The food at the connected Cafe was bland and unappealing. We booked a room with a city view, only to find out that we were going to be staring at another hotel room for our stay. When I talked to the front desk, they attempted to give me an upgrade that had two single beds instead of the king or queen that I had booked. After going online and showing them what I had booked, I discovered that almost all of the rooms were advertised with city views that simply don't exist as advertised at the hotel. This was a common dissatisfaction that was voiced by multiple guests at the front desk during our stay here. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have gladly taken it and gone elsewhere.

Never thought the hotel was too good. The room was big and has a kitchen. Room service was also great, especially Mr Jervln. He did a very great job. The pool and gym at the rooftop are great. Nearby, the hotel has many restaurants.I would say that every staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was super quick. The staff at the entrance was very helpful. That made our stay so comfortable and nice. Hope we will come back again.

Good stay. They had microwaves and refrigerators so I was able to comfortably store food I ordered!
