The hotel was average. The room was just okay, and the bed sheets and towels were not changed daily. Service was fine but nothing outstanding. The location is convenient, The security staff were caring and their service was truly touching. but overall, there was nothing particularly special about the stay.

Amazing stay in the Philippines!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed.
One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors.
The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times.
I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. I left with great memories and will surely stay here again on my next visit!

I went there for the rooftop swimming pool, but it was just average. The building is currently under renovation, so guests might find it a bit crowded. The breakfast provided was all Filipino breakfast, which was a little uncomfortable.
