Very close to green belt and meeting place for pldt smart. Surrounding with food and massage. Bed is soft but manage to change to a harder one. Good services.

During my several stay at Prince my Last check in was a dissappointment Low maintainance toilet leak
Exit DOOR lock not secure
Bed not comfortable owner should change the mattress

We had a nice hotel in a very convenient place. It is near in every malls in makati. We checked in late but the staff is still very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and its worth every penny. Thank you

I loke the loacation. Short Walking distance to malls and greenbelt park. Saves me for cab fees. They have hitwater , bigger fridge and bigger soace for the prize. Old blgd, pld bed sheets but still fine for thwir srice. Slow elevator and only one is working during my visitz

I initially asked for a quiet room but we were only given a room in 2nd floor.
Old building already and the room smells old as well. Toilet stinks of cockroach. Bidet not functioning as well, needed repair.
Utility persons were very noisy at the hall around 6am.
