Beautiful hotel in the heart of makati, Stayed 3 nights, room was nice and clean, king size bed, bath and shower, everything you could ask for..Jake on the front door always friendly and helpful as were all the staff..The breakfast at the in house restaurant coca cafe was very good. As a 3star hotel I would say it is well worth the stay and we will definitely be coming back again

Front desk personnel is not accommodating and friendly. The room was smaller than expected. The AC failed to cool the room adequately, making the environment uncomfortable and stuffy despite being set to the lowest temperature.The bathroom was not well maintained. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

The room was really clean, especially the bathroom Toilet was equipped with bidet! Hotel had good water pressure, hot bathtub time was really refreshing. For breakfast, i hope the option of having it in your room would be available next time. Staff was really accommodating! Overall stay was great! 9/10 โค๏ธ

Good hotel but most of the standard rooms are too small . Only the deluxe rooms are bigger . There is no gym , the pool could be nice but people go mostly there only for smoking :( Most of the japanese guests are unfriendly , the staff is perfect and helpful , the breakfast is ok nothing special but for this price you can not expect more .

I really wanted to write a good review but the room was terrible looked old and shabby in need of a total refit. I don't understand the room deposit either seems to be the normal in Manila everywhere you stay have to put cash deposits down. Welcome to the Philippines! ๐Ÿ™„ Seemed like very small portion at breakfast time left hungry asking for juice and coffee was all to much. Won't be returning the 7/11 was helpful across the road but the sheer amount of working girls harrasing me was trusting when you just want to go to the shop.

I love it here more than Solana just because of the location as this Is closer to shops and restaurants. Still, all rooms have a bathtub which I really love. Their pool is in the roof deck where you can stay and relax as well. The staff are really kind and accommodating and I know I will just keep coming back.

They were kind and polite, and spoke Japanese, so I felt at ease. My flight the next day was early in the morning, so they gave me takeaway breakfast, which was really nice.

I always use this hotel when I'm traveling alone in Makati. However, the double bed room here is small and cramped. I'm not satisfied with the extra breakfast system. Even though you are entitled to breakfast for two, if you eat alone you have to ask for a second helping or an extra serving of Japanese food.
