I love it

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. I especially appreciated the little details—soft bathrobes, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The spa services were top-notch, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s restaurants also exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. Whether exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, I always felt at ease. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

Elevator sucks, my sons phone lost at the lobby I called them if possible they might see it or surrender it on them, they said no one surrender it 😞

The place was solid a 3.5 star place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a party it's just two blocks from the crazy party street. I stayed there twice in a few weeks. Even close to the party zone, the room was quiet at night. Pool and gym were good and clean. Massage place in the hotel prices were competitive for the area. Breakfast was included and on par with a 3.5 star place. Five minutes walk from a local (but small) mall. No complaints. Concierge was helpful in getting taxis and giving directions. 7-11, Money changer, laundry (better price than the hotel), decent restaurants and fast food very close. Even a small night market with local food, a few small vendors and live music 200 meters away. Would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for a higher star rating, there are two places within a stones throw. But this place was solid for a single guy looking to be near the party zone in Makati.
