The accommodation offers a highly convenient location near major shopping malls and dining options. Guests praise the comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and excellent value for money. The Chinese buffet breakfast is well-received.

Our room was on the 4th floor. Upon stepping out from the elevator, we weren't too sure what to expect, as the carpet was well and truly flogged, with the area between joins in the carpet looking very poor. However, upon entering the room we found it to be very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough pillows. The shower area was very clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Potential downsides include no windows (although there are nice Japanese style shutters that make it look like there are windows), and the stock of water bottles was poor (only 2 x 250ml bottles). I've rated the service and facilities in the mid-range, because we didn't really experience much of either of those. The room did come with 2 breakfasts, however we had left the hotel before breakfast started. The price was competitive, so can't really complain.
