The room is very spacious and city view. I loved the free mineral water refill by using their glass container. I loved also the mini fridge and hair dryer. Very accomodating staff and nice ambiance.

Staying here is not for long staying guest. Bedsheets with Big yellow stain all over, i do request to change the linen but they dont care. they didn't change.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the hotel. Just the smell of the outside is not promising smells like sewer.

We had a great experience on our recent stay in Privato Hotels Makati. We were welcomed with a big smile and assisted with all of our needs. The hotel is clean overall, and the location is great. I also appreciate that they have a huge parking for their guests.

The room i got was clean on the naked eye but when i laid on the bed, i started feeling itchy all over my arms and neck, and thought there were bed bugs. I asked to be transferred to a different room but the front desk recommended changing the bed sheets, blanket and pillow cases because there were no other rooms available. The housekeeper changed the sheets, and i had to take a bath in the middle of the night to clean my self to make sure i wont feel itchy again. Upon entering the bathroom, i can see that the towels doesn’t look as white as the other towels offered from the other hotels i have been to. But i thought if they are clean it should be fine. After taking a bath, i dried myself with the towels but it stinks and smelled like mold. I had no choice but to use it because i will start feeling cold if i call the front desk to give me a new one. so that i can rest, i used it 😩and then told the front desk about it afterwards. I requested for new towels the next day, and good thing they smell fresh. I have stayed here before but had a better experience than what i just had. The only good experience i had from this trip was from the customer service of the staff. They are really friendly and nice.

Great Hotel. I totally recommend Everything was nice. I had no problem at all. It's not too far from the heart of Makati Area. By the way, pay attention to do early "check in" in this hotel, too expensive, same price as pay one night... Thanks so much Privato Makati Hotel

Location was good. Facilities were all working and there were no issues. Great place to stay and just relax.

Stayed at Privato Hotel recently, and it was a pretty good experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely a great way to start the day. There aren’t a lot of amenities, which might be a downside for some, but the pool is a quite nice. I really enjoyed spending time there.
