I don't know what happened, but there are a lot of cockroaches. Everything was perfect before, I stayed several times.

We enjoyed our stay at Privato Makati Hotel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and very helpful. All necessary amenities are provided, there is a water station on every floor so you can easily get water for drinking.  The gym is small, but has all you need. The pool was small and clean, you can sunbath after swimming.  Only one downside was that AC was very loud and we couldn’t use it when sleeping.  Cleaning wasn’t done while good 👍🏼 they provided fresh towels daily when cleaning or upon request.  There are cafes and shops nearby, location was good and not so far from the airport.  Overall, recommended!

The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is very accomodating. Definitely will book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Privato Makati is NEW. It is clean and room is spacious as well

Staying here is not for long staying guest. Bedsheets with Big yellow stain all over, i do request to change the linen but they dont care. they didn't change.
