Someone knocked on the door at 3 am waking us up because the housekeeping went to the wrong room! Very annoying as my mom has insomnia so she had a hard time going back to bed! They charged 1200 for extra person and that is without breakfast and no extra beds provided

The staff were very friendly and we had a pleasant stay.
The rooms were clean and even though we were a large group, there were no inconveniences.

Got there midnight... staff wanted to charge me for 3 people argued the whole time. Rooms were on. Beds comfortable.
