The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport, in a poor area of Manila, there were cockroaches in the room, a tuft of hair was lying in the toilet, the air conditioner was very noisy (big and very old), there is no elevator, the impression is not very good, but the price is appropriate ($ 18 per night)
