Pros:
Convenient location. 20 minutes to the airport and close to Little Tokyo.
Cons:
The room was run-down. The cushions were torn and the wood tiles on the floor were peeling off.
The towels didn't absorb water at all.
Breakfast is delivered to rooms, but if you can't receive it, they leave it in the hallway. While the food is wrapped, I was shocked to see a cup of hot water for instant coffee left of the hallway floor directly without any lid.
The Wi-Fi speed is horrifically slow (and it's only available in public spaces anyway) - seeing speeds like 1Mbps down and 700Kbps up felt like going back 20 years - and it doesn't connect at all in the morning.
Rating:
Given the location, the price is reasonable and breakfast are included, so it's acceptable only if you just need a place to sleep.
Unless you're the type of person who works without internet connection, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're planning to get work done here, as it would be a nightmare.
I also wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting to watch YouTube, Netflix, or other streaming services in their room.

The location is good, walking distance to Greenbelt. It's affordable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The linen was clean and the attendants were all extremely friendly. The hotel room was a great size.

I understand it is old, however, the water in the sink and shower is leaking. Saw live big cockroach. Lampshade is not working and dusty.
