The front desk service attitude is very good and gentle. I don't know much English and I used a translator throughout the whole process without being impatient. 😁

Hotel was nice and clean, service was good, breakfast was good. Hotel staff were helpful, at first our room had some problems but they were swift to provide us with a room change. The new room was amazing with a great view. Overall, great stay but only issue was that it was quite far from most places that we wanted to visit

Staff 4/10
- there is no way to contact the hotel - it took us hours before getting a hold of front desk
- staff is not well trained and will just ignore you
- it was pouring hard when we arrived and the staff and security just watched us unload our luggages outside of the hotel
- if you expect a warm welcome or even a welcoming atmosphere, this place is not for you. Staff are just chitchating and would not bother to entertain you
- the only good thing is that TRIP.com was able to modify our reservation after negotiating with frontdesk
Rooms 3/10
- DO NOT believe the photos, it is extremely deceiving
- the room is dated and has that dusty smell when you come in
- they will just provide you little bottle of soap and shampoo for a supposed 2 day stay
WiFi 1/10
- is just poor. Constantly disconnecting and would only peak to 10MBPS
- if you are planning to work here, expect your internet to disconnect every 5 minutes
Breakfast 6/10
- few options but could pass to fill in your stomach
Overall 4/10
Just not recommended. Their photos here are very much deceiving. I’m glad that trip.com was able to help us out on shortening the reservation.

Staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham was the best decision we made on this vacation 😆
The place is super clean and tidy and we got a pretty spacious room 🔥 10/10 would definitely book a room here again!
