I had an exceptional stay at Discovery Primea in Makati. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The replenishment of food items was extremely slow, with empty trays often left unfilled for a long time. This created an uncomfortable feeling, as if the hotel was subtly discouraging guests from eating. For a five-star property, breakfast service should be smooth, efficient, and generous, but unfortunately this was not the case.

Apartment-style hotel, the rooms are large, with kitchens and washing machines, living rooms and suites. The staff are warm and the service is first-class. The breakfast is ok, with a small variety, but it is filling and tastes good. It feels safe in a high-end residence in a bustling area. They also specially decorated the birthday 🎂 and provided cakes, which was really great!
