This was my second time staying here. It's in the center of Makati, so it's close to Little Tokyo, Greenbelt, Makati Square, and there are many KTVs for Japanese people in the area. The entrance to Skyway is also nearby, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Unfortunately, the building is quite old, and perhaps due to the weak yen, the room grade is low for the price in the Philippines.

The location is very good, but unfortunately there is no breakfast. There are shopping malls and convenience stores nearby, but the bathroom drain is easily blocked. It is a very safe place. There is a small Japanese restaurant a few steps away.

First of all, the sewage smell was awful.
The shower room was clogged and didn't drain, so it didn't feel clean.
