I arrived earlier than the usual checked in time.
They accommodated me but the room isn’t ready so I patiently waited. But it took them more than two hours to give me my key card.
When I asked and followed it up,they said room is in finishing touches.
Time checked past 2:30 I am still waiting, i become cranky already because I am starving.All I want is to check in and eat. At past 2:35 I was able to check in.
To my surprise, the room smells good because of the scent they put but noticeably, I can really tell the linens were unchanged.I feel disgusted because i don’t know who slept in there. But I never complained. I really inspected the bed if there are some stains or hairs.
I have been a regular traveler of this hotel because of its location, but yesterday was not good.
I still never complained for them to change the linens because I am being considerate with the room attendants, I know their job isn’t easy but please next time,pls do change linens,, we paid for our stay, and it’s not cheap.
