Great stay, will recommend to couples or family of 4 that is on budget, housekeepers will keep you accommodated throughout your stay. The Front office agent will explain all the details and guidelines of the hotel for you and the housekeepers will make sure that you will enjoy your stay!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the My Stay Hotel East. The hotel featured tidy, well-kept rooms and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The vacation was made even more enjoyable by the polite and helpful staff. Excellent facilities were provided, and the location was ideal for local exploration. All in all, the stay was easy and comfortable. Anyone searching for high-quality lodging should definitely check it out.

- Getting What You Paid For - It was cheap and good for an overnight stay. Good reception staff and coffee shop in the lobby. Refurbished roadside room, so I can hear the non-stop traffic. Surrounded bny market stalls. A long walk to BGC malls. Well, I paid cheap so expected nothing fancy.

I highly recommend mySTAY BGC WEST for it's cozy rooms, friendly staff, and good customer service. Excellent hospitality willing to help with a smile. It's a great location and very pleasant clean rooms. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Wide comfortable beds, very accommodating staff. Aircon working properly. This is my go to budget accommodation if i have a trip around/bgc. It’s also a very short walk away from 711 and Jollibee that both operate 24/7. Do note that i can be quite noisy due to it being beside a busy road but that’s beyond the hotels control so just bring earplugs.

Very good ambiance. Clean room. Accommodating staffs. Ms. Grace is very helpful. The hotel is very clean, smells good, and very spacious as well. We enjoyed our stay and will surely come back. Ms. Grace is very helpful and accommodating on our needs.
