Formerly Somerset owned, I ignored the new reviews and hoped for the previous experience I received during the Somerset days. After booking a double bed + sofa bed executive room, I realised there was actually no sofa bed. Another bed for my friend arriving soon warranted an $18 mattress fee, later after complaining false advertising they gave me for free. A 2nd keycard was again, an extra expense which I didn't feel the need to pay having 2 of us in the room. Our 2nd to last night, we were locked out our room with a broken digital locking system so waited for 15-20 minutes at 3am to be let in via manual key which needed 4 staff, no new room was provided after this so we had to get them to manually unlock every time we left and arrived back. The pool had loads of leaves in, the air conditioning broke in the bedroom, cash only deposits too. If it wasn't for being a nice big room and a good location I think I would have asked for a full refund (wasn't even offered a partial refund for every problem that arose). This will unfortunately be mine and my friends last stay in this hotel.

I am very satisfied with the size of the room. Not to mention the price outside, the decoration of such a large room is at least 600~800. The decoration of the room is a bit poor and looks very old. Although the bathroom is large and has a bathtub, Hmm, but compared to the hotel houses they showed 7 years ago, this kind of decoration is incomparable to the rooms. I can only say that the price-performance ratio is okay! The hotel is in the basement. It’s not easy to find for first-timers. You have to ask the security guard next to the bank upstairs. Just ask the security guard at the bank upstairs. It’s convenient for shopping. There is a 7-day supermarket and a coffee shop below. There is a bank, but in terms of service, there is a lack of disposable slippers in the room. Of course, they also said that the second thing is the lack of shower gel! ! There is also a bathtub. There are no disposable bath bags prepared. The sound insulation is still good. Maybe there are fewer people living there.
