Outstanding
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very accommodating and the staff are kind Amenities are superb and the room is spacious and clean. Appreciate the effort of one of the guest services named Jena who assisted us to access the pool since it was closed due to bad weather. The overall experience is fantastic and awesome. Will definitely comeback
AAbi98I recently had the pleasure of staying at Makati Diamond Residences, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.
The amenities at this property are simply outstanding. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is an oasis of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options catering to every palate. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Makati, making it convenient to explore the city.
What truly sets Makati Diamond Residences apart is their attention to detail and commitment to making guests feel at home. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and eager to return. I highly recommend Makati Diamond Residences to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Manila. Five stars, without a doubt!
HHeleni1. Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this.
2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot.
3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware.
4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning.
5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.
GGuest UserExcept for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.
MmcdaleConvenient location at the heart of Makati. Restaurants just outside the hotel. There's also covnenience stores and pharmacies. The hotel itself is ok. The breakfast buffet is very good, though catered for mostly Western palates. Breads and jams are good. The herb rolled cheeses melts in your mouth. Room cleaning service is provided, I think daily. They were thoughtful enough to leave a note by the door a day prior to checkout. Hot shower was not hot during my first night but was fixed the day after. Hot tub is leaking and hence, water slowly drains once I stop the faucet, that is if I wanted to soak for a nice warm bath. I hope it gets fixed. Elevator was kinda slow. Wait times long. Generally a good hotel. Will keep in my list for future bookings.
JJoshuaThe most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!
IiPouponSurprisingly nice budget hotel in Makati. Nice location, it is near the bus stop going to Ayala or Makati Ave. It is near Teleperformance, where there some fast food and coffee shop, and to Makati Medical Center, if it weren't for the construction it is almost adjacent to where the hotel is.
As for the hotel, the reception is at the 2nd flr. Checking in is fast. There's a couple of iMacs that you can use to browse with. A fixed line hot/cold water dispenser that is available for everyone (just use your own tumbler). You can buy room slippers and toothbrush set at the reception (P 45). I guess it is part of them saving on waste. The toothbrush is wooden and reusable.
For the Twin room we booked, it has a double sized bed and a single bed. There is a folding table near one side of the bed, which is ideal for those who needs to work. Spacious room or just lacks furniture inside. There are bed side tables only. There are no cabinets rather it has a steel corner wall rack with plenty of hangers for your clothes. The bathroom has a bidet and its faucet and shower have hot/cold water. There is a handsoap dispenser and a 3in1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser -- which is surprisingly not bad. Water flow is strong. There is a wall mounted dryer that is fittingly placed near a mirror. There is no safe in the room. WiFi is reliable. The room is well tidied up.
All in all, I say that the placement are well thought of and it caters to working people. It is normal for guest to check in late after work or after a seminar. This place is recommended.
Kkei.efmThe place is located at nearby establishments which makes it very convenient.
Room is just good for two persons to rest however there is no table and chairs provided if in any case you will be working. We also requested for a cup and electric kettle since it is not provided when we checked in, basically you have to request it (no additional charges)
Outdoor swimming pool is clean and easy to utilize it since it free, you just have to log first.
Staffs are good.
We are able to enjoy are stay since it’s quiet though we can hear some voice from the others side of the room due to thin partitions.
YYJ from japanI wasn’t expected this hotel is pretty decent than I thought before. Staff was kindness. If you need clean up your room they would help you. Cost amenities how much kindness. Was satisfied.
