No Sealed Water Bottles Provided: Basic amenities like sealed drinking water bottles are missing, which is unacceptable at this price point.
2. Chargeable Basic Facilities: Essentials such as slippers are being termed as chargeable, which is both unreasonable and contrary to standard hospitality practices.
3. Unhygienic Toilets: The toilets are smelly and unhygienic, making the stay highly uncomfortable.
4. Unclean Bedding: The bedsheets provided are visibly unclean, further adding to the unpleasant experience.
5. Mosquito Infestation: The room is infested with mosquitoes, and despite requests, no Odomos refill or any alternative solution has been provided.
6. Old and Deteriorated Rooms: The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which does not align with the premium price charged.

location is good and staff service not up to the mark. breakfast is average, washrooms are very dirty. the wc was not working properly, complained several times but no response. wc water was coming out while using the flush.

Multiple issues. It used to be a very good hotel but new ownership is mostly cashing in on previous reputation. Rooms, pool and service has all deteriorated. Do not go by the pics. The pics are from the hotel as it was seven years ago.

We had four days stay for family. Very pleasant family tour to goa especially to cover south goa and one of important part was to find right hotel. Property location - near to colva beach and market. Food excellent. Amenities ok. Gym was closed, swimming pool not so much clean. Staff service - quite good, helpful, cheerful. Outside hotel- taxi stand, quite higher rates, cabs availability faster compared to goamiles. (goamiles is quite cheaper compared to taxi based.

Hotel location was very good, room interior was amazing and bath tub was also very good (unexpected thing), pool was quite big, breakfast menu was quite good and food was very tasty
