Property is well maintained, some years back I visited and stayed with much more amenities and was very much satisfied hence this time again I booked it but this time i had average experience as now they have cut it down most of amenities, like shaving kit, slippers, even for fridge and hair dryer we have to request to provide it, on welcome in my last stay they had provided a complimentary wine bottle but this time they have not provided it, they had happy hours for thier guest to enjoy liquor/sof drinks but this time it was also not there, even this time in reception area ac was not working, in play area ac was not working we have requested to provide atleast table fan so that we can play some indoor games, gym was closed and swimming pool was not cleaned required much attention on this part I stayed there for 2 days but pool was very dirty need to renovate the pool as there were algae (हरा शैवाल/सेवार) on the pool wall which keep on coming out in pool water,pool person clean it morning once but once some one entered in the pool it again keep coming out from the pool wall into the water. So overall had average experience this time.

The employees were always happy with the customer service with a smile. Eating around is convenient. The location was great.

Stay was very good and staff members were very humble and ready and willing to help. They help to plan local events and sightseeing . It looks like we were at home. Room was very cleaned Breakfast was the best. Pool was excellent. Hotel to airport transfers was well organized.

Location wise this property is the best. It's just on the main colva beach entry. Wide spread property. Very good polite staffs. They allowed early check-in at 7 am. Rooms are clean. A newly restaurant is added inside the property which serves very tasty food. This property is maintained by government and is of goa tourism. Only thing i observed, it can be a bit well maintained like coloring of the outside walls, adding green grass, flowers, gardens would make it more beautiful. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel nearest to the best, just go for it.

Добрый день! Все предыдущие отзывы - правда. Нас заселил ночью по приезду заспанный менеджер в номер на первом этаже, сказав, что на втором этаже номера классом лучше. По фото увидите все прелести номера на первом этаже. Кое-как я уснула под утро, несмотря на усталость от перелета. На сл день нам показали номер на 2 этаже, который был чуть лучше и чище. (Ну например как в Египте самая захудалая 3ка) 5000 рупий мы заплатили за переезд, хотя в отеле было занято, ну может, 30%. Для понимания наш номер в туре - superior. (Посмотрите фото, что значит superior по-гоански). Менеджеры (оба) сомнительного вида мошенники. Остальной персонал неплохой, если не брать в расчет, что в последний день предъявили чеки за кофе, который мы пили на лужайке каждый вечер перед сном. Но дело в том, что каждый раз мы его оплачивали, оставляя деньги на столе… после долгого выяснения оказалось, что они посчитали это чаевыми, а не оплатой … сумма была небольшая, поэтому мы отдали с Богом. За все время не убирались ни разу, туалетную бумагу, мыло, шампуни - все приходилось просить самим. Завтраки очень скудные, не шведский стол. (Яичница из 2 яиц, 2 пустых тоста и чашечка маленькая кофе). Советую их вообще не брать, потому что это издевательство, а не завтрак. Мусор жгли день через день, все несло в комнату, спать невозможно в этот момент. Берите что-то от Комаров, лучше местное. На лужайке вечером бывают не только комары, но и крохотные муравьи, которые очень сильно кусаются. А появляются они там из/за местных свинот, которые могут сладкое рассыпать на траву около стола и Вы можете даже не знать об опасности. Будьте аккуратны. Отель категорически не рекомендую, даже неприхотливым туристам. 4 с лишним тысяч рублей за сутки он точно не стоит. Я бы даже бесплатно туда больше не поехала бы. Не тратьте свои нервы и время. А владельцу и владелице, которые видимо крайне редко приезжают, хочется посоветовать сделать ремонт и сменить менеджерский состав. Спасибо.

We had worst experience with the room facility and the staff. They do not provide anything in room, not even water. They have AC rooms with no remote. So, basically you can not use AC. After repeated request and complaints they finally sent someone to help us switch on the AC. The next surprise was that they do not provide blankets in the AC room. On confronting them the staff said they do not have blankets in AC rooms. By what logic does a hotel has AC room but no provision for blankets. Are the tourists supposed to carry blankets with them? As we were there with kids so we requested them to give any available blankets. To our surprise they gave us blankets with big holes in them. That means we could nighter use the blanket not the AC. On top of that the night staff was very rude to us. Next morning the hotel manager just apologized without any corrective action. We finally decided to shift to some other hotel. During check out the manager was not ready to reduce the charges of AC room. So, we have to pay in full. Apart from the location there is nothing good about this resort. Please make sure you get all information before booking.
