Excelente lugar, excelente atención desde que llegas, todo el personal es muy servicial y atienden cualquier situación. Habitaciones limpias cómodas y los baños ni se diga. Mención especial al Gerente Oswaldo que siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.

VOLVERIA SIN DUDARLO. Hermoso el hotel y sus habitaciones con una decoracion y muebles de gusto exquisito. Ocupamos una lateral al mar con una terraza inmensa con 2 camastros y dos sillas .la vista es impresionante !! ...La cama king super cómoda. La ducha genial. Y solo sugerimos tener almohadas menos voluminosas ya que nos hacen doler el cuello. El hotel hizo su mejor esfuerzo cambiandonos las mismas pero solo fueron más chicas y no menos gorditas... lo importante es que se super ocuparon. Gracias. Santiago ( el Gerente) un genio ...siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier tontería que estuviéramos preguntando ... !! Gracias Santiago !! El club de playa es posiblemente el mejor de Mahahual...La playa no tanto... pero el hotel no tiene la culpa ..

It was one of the most wonderful experiences we've had in Southern Mexico. The beach club was delightful as the staff were truly helpful and food was amazing. The desserts are out of this world. The room, even tiny was perfect and just enough for our four days staying. Mahaual it's a small town and Noah is the best option to choose for a relaxing vacation.

Cuando hice mi reservación no vi que la que yo solicité era ventana interna

Bad customer service
We have issues with the ac dropping water all night on top of our bad .. we complained in the morning and we got was we will let the maintenance know, but no compansation or even a sorry for a horrific night !!! It was like it was raining in our room
