No respetaron el costo de mi reservación
El lugar es muy bonito ya lo conocía, me gusta mucho, el lugar la disposición y la ubicación son de lo mejor, lamentablemente mi estancia no fue agradable, ya q me recibieron con un costo diferente al de mi reservación y me dijeron q no podían hacer nada, ahora a ver q puedo hacer para eso, por q no es mi responsabilidad pero si del hotel o de hoteles. Aparte el trato no fue el mejor pero q hacer hay días q la gente es así. Falto cordialidad y atención hacia los detalles por el tipo de habitación y el tipo de de vecino. Así q el detalle del costo afectó toda mi estancia

100% recomendable!!!
Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias, camas muy cómodas, cruzas la calle y está su club de playa frente al mar, a 200 mts en faro, restaurantes y paseos, super recomendable!! Me volvería a hospedar!!

Excelente estancia. La comida muy Rica en el restaurante de las cabañas , atención en recepción agradable, sugerencia de tours y actividades . Pet friendly, cómodo y hermoso lugar. Después de las 8pm ya casi no hay nada abierto alrededor, hay que ir a buscar en el pueblito pero está muy cerca caminando.

Très mitigé.
Sejour surprenant.. je pensais arrivé dans un ecolodge, lorsque j ai demandé la possibilité de mettre une moustiquaire on m'a invité a faire tourner la clim pour les éloigner..
En cours de sejour, l eau de la douche et lavabo est devenue salée.
Dommage car il y a un beau potentiel.

Viaje con mi abuela, hijo y perros y quedamos encantados. La cercanía del malecón y poder caminar tranquilamente en el área con mis perritas e hijo fue una experiencia única. La comida realmente superó mis expectativas y el trato brindado por la recepcionista, como del staff muy amables.

We had a great stay at the exocabanas. The beach is the best in Mahahual, the water is so clear. Bring your goggles. The staff were super friendly and the resort has a gym which we were pleased for. Thanks for a great stay.
