L'hotel Havana come posizione e struttura non avrebbe nulla da invidiare agli altri hotel di Mainz, purtroppo peccato in qualsiasi servizio messo a disposizione degli ospiti. La stanza quadrupla sarebbe ampia abbastanza per contenere 4 letti ma consta di un divano letto matrimoniale e 2 mobili che non saprei come descrivere se non 2 basse tavole di legno con una leggerissima imbottitura, praticamente era come dormire a terra. La stanza era molto sporca, soprattutto il bagno dove la tenda della doccia aveva stranissime macchie. Per 3 giorni di soggiorno ci è stato messo a disposizione un rotolo di carta igienica.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Nur das Bett war für uns etwas was schmal. Ich glaube es war ein 1,60 Bett. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Hotel owner was super friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. We were able to store our bikes in a secure area. Having a kitchen was awesome. Seems fairly recently renovated and has modern bathroom and room interior. Great locarion, basically in the downtown core and all major sights are walkable. I would stay here again. Recommended!

We will be visiting some friends in Mainz and decided to email this hotel since it looks gorgeous on the photos and wanted to know if there was any availability. They emailed back with an extremely rude answer and when I kindly pointed it out but nevertheless thanked them for letting us know of their 'no availability' (that was the entire email they sent us) they blamed us for being rude and said to look for the reason for the rudeness elsewhere (?) We are mind-boggled by this... Especially being a hospitality professional myself. I hope they review these issues and learn from their mistakes since it'd be a big loss for such a lovely hotel to miss bookings simply due to a rude employee.

Hotel Havana irritiert ein wenig durch seinen Namen, liegt aber sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Stadtkern. Leider kann man vor dem Hotel nur be und entladen, wir haben für 20 Euro im Parkhaus ca. 8min. entfernt geparkt. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einer kleinen Küche und modernen Bad ausgestattet. Unser Appartement ging zur Hauptstraße hinaus, daher etwas lauter. Ansonsten können wir es nur empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Herr der auf uns gewartet hat.
