Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden und finden die gesamte Anlage, das Personal und den Service sehr gut. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch weiterhin bei Bedarf selber in Anspruch nehmen.

This is a rather unusual place! More like a conference centre with rooms than a hotel. It is very spread out, it even has two reception areas at opposite ends of the building. Great location close to the Autobahn. Loads of parking space. Fantastic rooms at very reasonable prices but….. On the Sunday night we stayed the web site gave us the impression that the restaurant was closed but in fact meals were appearing from somewhere (actually a bonus because we discovered an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance), the bar only had a young lady on duty who was on just her third day and who had never made a gin and tonic (not her fault, bad training) and at 22.00 it appeared to be closed and the in-room TV had dozens of channels but the hotel had chosen not to include a BBC channel amongst them! Not very hospitable to British guests. Really a very nice place that with a bit of thought could be a lot nicer.

Nice hotel
But the personal is not very qualified
Nobody in the SPA when kids shouting and I had to interfere with a lady that in order to get some rest put a 2 ,3 and 4 years old in the sauna at 85grades.
For the receptionist was normal…

Das Hotel ist alles in allem gut. Negativ finde ich, dass man zum Pool im Bademantel am vollbesetzten Speisesaal vorbei muss, oder man zieht sich erst im Schwimmbad um. Dafür brauchte man dann aber wiederum eine Tasche, die man ja in der Regel nicht dabei hat. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eher unübersichtlich. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.
