I was shocked to see how outdated the room was with broken furniture, the toilet has no door and not enough lights, breakfast was good, pool area was beautiful, the best thing about the hotel was the luxurious lobby. I won’t consider staying here again

This hotel is a shady hotel. Three days after the guest checked out, he stole the credit card used when checking in and deliberately deducted 1,000 Australian dollars. When the guest found out, he asked Ctrip to help recover the money. However, Ctrip's housekeeping skills are very poor. One month has passed and no money has been recovered.
