Breakfast was amazing, it was so great to stay somewhere that caters so well for dietary needs. Great pool and straight out onto the beach. Rooms very spacious

房間足夠大，園景也不錯，有大浴缸，走一天回來泡一下比較舒服。來的時候是冬天，沒有在酒店的游泳池裡游泳。最大的優點是離海灘近，海灘很乾凈，有救生員比較安全。早餐質量好，除西餐外有炒飯、米飯和味增湯，酸奶特別好，有無麩質的麪包和小點，還有現場榨蔬果的機器，適合各種人羣的口味。離店時賬單算錯了，及時更改。禮賓部幫忙搬運行李。房間無隔音，走廊有人走過説話能聽到，但總的來説不影響休息。

Room is clean and big. Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia. And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors.

The hotel’s public areas are beautifully designed and well maintained, which initially gave a great impression. However, the room itself was quite outdated and lacked the comfort we expected. Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating — we waited over 20 minutes at reception, and the staff member was rather stern and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Check-out was similarly inefficient, even though we had filled out the express checkout form in advance. Overall, a disappointing experience considering the hotel’s potential.
