The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel. Travelodge at its best. No complaints. If the small car park outside is full, don’t panic. They have access to a bigger one round the corner

Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Convenient location. Breakfast buffet recommended. Well suited for short stay, small amount of space to put unpacked things for a longer stay.

Had a room with river views which was incredible but my shower was lukewarm for my 2 week stay and a bit of mould in the shower as well. But for the customer service, I'll have rated this review poor. With shower heating at correct temperature and no mould, I will have rated this a 5 star

Very happy with my stay. Just the parking let it down. I was informed I could park in the Asda car park but it was a bit of a walk with my luggage.
