Nice for the price but the room is not so big. Good for friends

Me and my partner spent 2 nights here. Overall the pool and sunbeds were fantastic. The pool side was clean and well maintained which allowed you to fully relax. The room was a lovely spacious room but the beds were extremely firm and led to me and my partner waking up with a sore back. They also only offered one pillow each. On a positive note the shower was amazing, spacious and very powerful. The restaurant needs improvement. Not only was the selection and quality of food poor but one lunch time I found some raw pork being served. When I mentioned this to the reception they didn’t seem surprised by my complaint. On the full all inclusive you can eat in the restaurant 5 times a day (2 snack times) however a poolside snack bar would be more useful than having to sit in the restaurant all the time. No facilities for refreshments such as ice cream apart from with lunch and dinner. They have drinks machines in the restaurant which aren’t switched on for meals apart from breakfast, you have to go out of the restaurant to order a drink at the bar. The bar had a range of drinks on all inclusive both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Lots of the juice wasn’t fresh and was from the machines. This was the same with the cocktails. You had to pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup and the indoor bar did not always give you a fresh cup with each drink. On our arrival the staff were very blunt with us. We arrived around 11:30 when we were told to put our luggage away and come back at 12 which isn’t ideal after a long journey. When we returned the staff were very vague with their information about the facilities. When walking around the hotel staff weren’t smiling or greeting customers they appeared very uninterested and more concerned about their conversations. Overall, I would rate this hotel as more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel and can’t see myself returning.

I stayed at this hotel with 3 friends, the overall experience was really lovely, the staff very friendly and always chatting and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, comfortabke bed made every day, fresh towels, and adequate lighting, great air con too. The restaurant was fantastic, the food was overwhelming and delicious, although wasn't piping hot, still all delicious ( I read a lot of reviews food cold but it wasn't) lots of fresh salad, meats, abundance of cheese and great choices for breakfast, from continental to full English, with toast and cereal plus oat and soya milks, coffee machines etc, theme nights, fruit, desserts, an array of choice all presented beautifully, My friend and i booked a massage in the spa....wonderful and relaxing. The hotel is in an ideal spot, being were it is, just don't book in the high season if you want peace, as near the busy area for under 30s . The hotel was very quiet and slept very well. All in all a great time

The hotel is clean, spacious and the staff are very helpful. The hotel room was a little tired but nothing a paintbrush wouldn't sort out. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room to ourselves and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The only thing I would have liked was more vegetarian options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would visit again.
