Muy bueno en general,con alguna parte mejorable, la atención del personal de entrada al hotel es mejorable puesto que tienes que preguntar tu en todo momento, no te informan del horario del desayuno ni de funcionamiento en general de las instalaciones del hotel, tienes que preguntar tu directamente, en cambio el personal de cafetería en el desayuno es de lo mejor que ai en el hotel, mención especial a Marta, que tenemos dos niñas, una pequeña de cuatro años que esta chica estuvo super atenta y con especial atención hacia ella, una maravilla. Es fácil moverse desde la ubicación a las zonas turísticas de Gaia sin problema, recomendable

Stayed in apartment style lodging. GREAT breakfast buffet. Nice staff. Very clean and quiet - 8th floor with view toward river. Didn't like walking thru tobacco odor outside front entrance or plastic mattress coverings. Short walk to Metro and HopOn/HopOff bus stop.

This hotel was located in Gaia just outside of Porto. I didn't realize that it was not in Porto but it turned out to be a blessing. The hotel was quiet, spacious and very easy to travel every day by uber to Porto. We visited during the Euro soccer world cup and watched one of the games in the large bar diner area. The hotel was comfortable enough and the beds too. We have requested a fully stocked kitchen since we planned to cook some meals. However the crockery and cutlery were not very good to use. They were very dated and we were not given any sharp knives, paper towels, dish soap or sponge to clean up. So we could barely cook. Strange how the refrigerator was located in the lounge instead of the kitchen area. Regardless, our stay was enjoyable.

Good morning, at breakfast they relocated us to a table for 2 people, when in reality there were 3 of us. We pointed this out but they told us they had no other option (the dining room was full). At breakfast, food was replenished infrequently. The stay in the room and the rest of the facilities were very good.

Estuvimos muy a gusto.Personal muy atento.La habitación muy amplia .Luminosa.No del todo equipada para ser un departamento.Nos dieron una unidad de menor categoria a la reservada,pero lo compensaron dejando que nos quedemos hasta más tarde . La contra:muy lejos del centro,sobre todo para regresar(en subida).Si no tienes auto,se complica Desayuno:excelente

Ficamos num excelente apartamento de 2 quartos no Gaia Residence que é conjugado ao hotel Hollyday Inn. O apartamento é completo com camas para 4, uma pequena cozinha, sala de estar e uma pequena mesa para refeições. Tudo é perfeito até a hora do excelente café da manhã, bastante completo, porém servido no mesmo ambiente para os dois hotéis. Aí ocorrem os problemas de superlotação. Uma guerra!!!

Everything was great. Thanks Ana from reception for electric kettle (was not happy with original cast iron one). Little walk to metro and Porto but we like walking and did not mind. Btw, we did make a tour of Porto all over on foot. Also nice view of Porto.

les chambres de 50 m2 sont appréciables pour 3 (avec une enfant de 4 ans, il y a 3 couchages), propre calme quoique immeuble de 13 étages. Opodo qui marge 25 euros par nuit prétend qu'il y a une piscine intérieure alors qu'elle est fermée depuis des années
