Firstly this is not a hotel but a hotel apartment and service is just average. We stayed here for 2 nights. The deluxe double room was spacious, furniture nice, toilet spacious and comfortable, bed linens were clean, room was clean. Service boy is courteous and polite. We had to request for toiletries. Morning breakfast served was average. Problem is that they don't have enough cutlery. Once the cook leaves then for a cup of tea also the service boy has to run to a shop outside. Overall I'd rate this as average and not a great value for money.

Poor quality about everything you can think of. Right from the time you enter the place, you enter the room, you encounter poor quality, furniture, linen, bathrooms, AC, kitchen. We had to tell them to change the dirty pillow covers, no amenities in the bathroom, not even hand wash. It is so called service apartment, but they don’t even have any plates or cutlery. I have never experienced such kind of place, with utter unprofessional services. I really wonder how come they have been onboarded by various platforms.

Mr.Rajesh M,Mrs. K Annam did a amazing job in organising all the activities. The hotel was well facilitated and organised. The facilities ranged from having a wooden chess board to a well working gym. The rooms were neat, overall an excellent place to stay in Madurai.
