The restaurant manager was friendly, but I ordered local beer, but they brought me imported beer without explanation, so I thought it was local.
The price was obviously expensive. - I wish the staff's order service was more communicative with the customer.
The overall service was good.
I got an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
I requested a taxi at the information desk - I confirmed the price to the employee and got in, but the taxi driver's toll fee was added to the price suggested by the hotel [This should be included in the taxi fare in advance] - The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [ Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - This should be notified to the customer in advance and the taxi fare should be stated / Special cooperation with the taxi company affiliated with the hotel is necessary /

Excellent place to stay in Madurai, very nice staff, thanks to reception team of us helping Venkat jagan and Ashavery clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable parking. Overall good experience. Will recommend to this friend and family member look forward for the next visit

Fly over one night stay at Amika was a fabulous. We loved the ambience from entrence to over all Happy . We enjoyed the Swimming pool was clean and neat with sun beds 🛏️.Spa massage done Good and feel rejunvating. Thanks to Asha at reception for her kind and carrying service in Hospitality industry it work all.

We recently visited Amika roof top BBQ restaurant. The atmosphere, ambience and staff was fantastic. The BBQ platter was ultimate. Ramamoorthy and Durai chef done a beautiful presentation of the spread. We had a memorable fantastic moment.

Staff is excellent proper takes care of hygene.location of hotel is excellent.Mrs asha the receptionist is so helpful and so good in nature.if i get a chance to travel here I love to stay it again here.food provide by amira hotel is very good and i also love its restaurant.
