The restaurant manager was friendly, but I ordered local beer, but they brought me imported beer without explanation, so I thought it was local.
The price was obviously expensive. - I wish the staff's order service was more communicative with the customer.
The overall service was good.
I got an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
I requested a taxi at the information desk - I confirmed the price to the employee and got in, but the taxi driver's toll fee was added to the price suggested by the hotel [This should be included in the taxi fare in advance] - The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [ Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - This should be notified to the customer in advance and the taxi fare should be stated / Special cooperation with the taxi company affiliated with the hotel is necessary /

During our recent stay, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Prasannakumar’s customer service is truly outstanding. He was incredibly apologetic and responsive to even our minor feedback, ensuring that every concern was addressed immediately. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such a high standard of service, and we are grateful for his dedication. It is just another hotel, that's all. Nothing special about it. They provided an early check-in, which was great. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Not all toiletries were provided. You need to ask for them. It was not a nice experience for the amount they charge for the room. For no reason the food was also very costly. Would i prefer staying there again? probably not. I would get a better hotel for this cost.

Room flooring too much wet taking double charges on foods that are not used by you. Food is kept in a room and we are not using it but the staff is not trusted on you. Don't book this hotel the hotel is too much away from the city centre transport is not available easily

Rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay, food taste was very good, but just felt like not much starters items in buffet both veg and non veg, rest room, food and hotel ambiance was excellent.

Overall experience was good. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms are maintained well. But no play area or any other entertaining hall for kids. Would like to prefer for a couple stay
