Location was ok. We had a great welcome and we’re allowed to join in the pongal ceremony which was happening when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good but we had to keep logging in. No hot water. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was horrible and restaurant staff were rude. Price of taxi to the airport was a joke. Said 500rs then on the day it changed to 900rs and then when we arrived at the airport they said 1000rs.

A great place to stay in Madurai as the hotel is located in a quit neighbourhood a few kilometres away from the city center! Breakfast ist provided and offers a great selection with Indian dishes as well as tea and coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean as per the standards. Lastly, staff was friendly and helpful when drivers ( Uber ) called.

This hotel seriously needs a proper renovation. The pictures on the website or in any booking page is fake (not match with the actual hotel room condition). Not sure why India agent is suggesting this MMR Hotel. Staff services is very poor and very rude. Located near the temple, bus stand and other key places. Places are within 3-4 km radius and easily accessible

Excellent hotel and service, friendly staff and good location as well. Closer to main road hence auto rickshaw are easily available

Average hotel. The rooms look a bit old, cigarette smoke in corridors. Staff are not courteous. Asked for wifi password twice but no response. Good location and good value for money.
