Great, friendly experience. Outside the hotel premises, it is very crowded and takes a while to reach during peak traffic hours. Dining experience within the hotel is excellent and the staff cater to all your dietary requirements. Overall our stay was. very pleasant.

The service in this hotel is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay although only for one night. The front office staff were extremely sensitive to our needs. All staff have been very courteous and it has been a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Special mention to the restaurant staff and chef. The food was superb.

I booked my room after reading the reviews (one should consider reviews of people who wrote more than 5 reviews). Anyway, I was pleased with everything at this hotel. The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Buffet dinner and breakfast had so many varieties of dishes, it was better than 5 Star Hotels we stayed at before arriving in Madurai. Sambar was one of the best tested so far during our visit to India. Priya from the restaurant was outstanding, she recommended lots of dishes and she answered all our questions without getting annoyed.

Thanks to Nandhini we had an amazing experience - services on top - customers oriented- room big and modern - highly recommended - situation of the hotel is also perfect - swimming pool clean and it’s a relax moment after a day trip - will come back for sure!
