There is no service. Even water bottle also not given in room. Nobody can take proper responsibility.

Property is good, but very poor service. I asked to arrange a taxi to the railway station but they didn't. we asked for bottle drinking water but didn't provide the same. They didn't change the bedsheet and clean the room once in our three days stayed

Property is ok but there was hardly any employee to serve, only one lady at reception who was handling reception as well bringing water in room.
Also we checked in mid night & no one was responding on hotel phone for water bottle.

This is not a hotel; it's a marriage palace that only focuses on event guests. I called and asked for an early check-in, and they told me it would cost an additional 500 INR, but upon arrival, they asked for 1000 INR, which I paid. Even though we are two people, they only provided one towel and a basic kit (toothbrush, soap, shampoo).

We 7persons stayed for one night in 3Rooms.Rooms are precious and it has massive car parking area.But worst staff.First of all only two staff are there.The parson at reception does not know how to behave.He was treating us like beggars as we have come to stay free.While checking out he denied to provide boy to take our loggage to car.Worst staff behaviour ever I found in a hotel.
