TtangarajThis was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai .
Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

Tea, kettle, AC, Heater and all good.
Room service is good and handled within a 5 minutes such as water or any other things etc.
They attend the call without fail.
Receptionist are so good and friendly and nice to take care of the clients.
My self I will rate 5/5 for all services.
Nearby Saravana stores walkable within 2 minutes, My daughter really enjoyed that.

GGuest UserI have been staying with this hotel since 2014. Nice spacious room but washroom and towel, linen quality needs to be improved. It's not dirty but neither fresh also. Not sure if the rooms allocated makemytrip customer are not upto the mark

GGuest UserA more pleasant and compact place to stay.Rooms are small but have better facility . Food is good as well service. Location is good but bit far from Main temple ....enjoy good service. We have stayed for two days. Location free from Mandir traffic.Small rooms but compact . Food is good. Good place to stay as services are excellent but away from hustle bustal of Main mandir.We have stayed for two days...best place to enjoy pure veg food in Madurai ....free sunrise hotel ( south Indian food). For Non veg food try Ammas Mess , a nice restaurant 😋.

GGuest Usergood stay, neat and clean close to railway station and aman temple. it would have been nice if rooms were slightly more big. booked a suit as well that room was spacious. definitely recommend for people with family. price should be slightly less. paid little more than 4k for family of 3. overall good experience

GGuest UserI chose an hourly stay. it was for six hours.i was charged 600 rs which according to me was expensive. Why I say expensive is what is did there was just refresh for few minutes and visit to Meenakshi temple.Given that reason they could have charged upto 75 rs max for an hour rather than 100.
It's ideal for Solo traveller and ok for a family who wants to just refresh and find a safe place for their luggage.
In Meenakshi you are not allowed with bags and cell phone. Rather than a clock room where there is a queue this place is peaceful.
It's less than 1 km from the west gate of the temple.We have shops, autos and hotels around the premises.
It's a good deal for few hours of stay

GGuest UserI have not stayed because of my daughter not well. Even-though i submitted doctor prescription unable to get the refund on medical ground this is unexpected since i am only booking on make my trip past 15 years.
