The hotel is only recommended. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (mostly the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites to stay. Not un mentioned should be the great roof terrace with excellent views of Madrid. We are very happy to come back.

The location is very good, just by the subway, there is a shopping mall El Corte Inglés next to it, there are Loewe and Tous at 100m, but there are not many things, and there are &otherstories and Serrano Street about 600m away. You can also walk all the way to Puerta del Sol for about 30 minutes. The service attitude is very good. First of all, the hotel is classic, from every decoration of the hotel to the clothing of the service staff, every minute feels like a big movie! Besides, the breakfast at the hotel is one of my favorite buffets, and I can't get tired of eating for 10 days. There are miso soups and sushi for Asian tastes, as well as various hams and developed meats! Also, tell you in a secret way that you meet Mourinho in the breakfast restaurant. Don't ask me who I am. But I saw everyone talking quietly, no one bothered to sign or anything. PS, at the New Year, quietly decorated the room 😂

The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...
