The service attitude is very good and the breakfast is very rich. The air conditioner in the hotel room was broken on the first night, and they upgraded it to a suite for free the next day, which was great. Hahahaha. The room was very bright and nice.
Massive hotel with many floors and room located near Santiago Bernabéu metro station. Its location is a bit off the main road, so it is necessary to walk a bit to reach Paseo de la Castellana, but once there you got plenty of options for transport.
Hotel staff has a very nice detail offering a glass of cava upon arrival.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, although look a bit old fashioned but overall is a good value for money.
The sanitary environment is good, but some details can still see the traces of history, such as my door can not be closed without force (after gently bringing it, it sounds like it is closed, but you have to push hard, you can open the door without swiping the card) and the pool is very slow. It should be blocked
Location is OK, nearby is the cuczo subway station, there is a 7×24 Carrefour nearby
The service is not bad, 7.28 birthday sent a bottle of sparkling wine, but there is no free bottled water, there is a mini bar, but all charges, including mineral water
very good hotel but pay for access to spa when the most espensive room is not normal 1 night more 300€ and pay spa seriously !, and 1 hours no more , the women's come for say is finish lets go is normal is 5 starts hotel !!!
I had an amazing and enjoyable time when I stayed in this hotel
The staff are very friendly and welcoming
I tried the breakfast and there are a variety of food
If you planing to visit Madrid I recommend this hotel.
Although there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending:
Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station,
Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips
Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures
The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe.
Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four stars.
Overall, it's okay. The biggest advantage is that it's very close to the Bernabeu! It's within walking distance and there are many restaurants around.
Very Good

MMarc GaldonFerrerHotel Exe Plaza is located near Madrid’s newest business area, towards the northern end of the city. From the hotel to the business area takes about 10 minutes by taxi - or 15 by public transportation - . One of the positive aspects of its location is they Plaza Castilla is a transportation hub with three metro lines and several buses terminal stations.
The hotel is very much business oriented, with comfortable bedrooms and a good wifi connection overall.
The most disappointing part is the gym, a small room with only a few machines and some of them broken, need to reserve in advance with the reception counter so they ensure it is not too crowded there.
AAgha84Friendly Staff great location, easy access to the train and underground. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are capacious.
But at the end when I requested a car transfer to the airport from one of the guest services which is only 10 minutes away, he called someone and he told me it’s only €33, but when we arrived to the airport, the driver told me it is €40! Looked like a scam to me.!!
GGuest UserThe Canopy is a great hotel. Clean, modern and sleek. I totally recommend if you go as a foreign tourist. They have tone of activities like flamenco night and live music almost every day. On the other hand the bed was really comfortable and the pillow a piece of heaven. The only thing I did not like was the smell of the soap it was charcoal. The smell stayed with me and reminded me of a chimney.
GGuest UserThe staff were super friendly, they helped me get settled in and gave me earplugs to sleep. The room was small but cozy, the bad thing was the air conditioning that was super strong and I was cold. I ordered dinner and I was able to have it there in the room because the common areas are not very spacious.
