The room wasn't well soundproofed, and you could hear a lot of people passing by in the hallway. It's well located, the room is small but comfortable, and the bathroom door is transparent, so you can hear everything.

Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city). They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back.

The best thing is that the location is super good, the palace, Mayor Square, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. When the application arrived, we had not sent the mail to check in, so we had to call the hostel several times to send it to us. The location is good as it’s very central. The room was a bit small but it was on discount and the facilities were alright. We had a bathtub and had no problem going around Madrid. It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see. Either ways it’s not a resort so I think the experience was good
