Hotels in Malasana, Madrid

The room is very small. You know what a hotel in the center of a big European city is like. You can open your suitcase and turn around. Don't expect anything else. The room has a window, but you can't see anything facing the patio🙈 The location is an advantage. All attractions in the center of Madrid are within walking distance. I stayed for three days and visited them all by walking. Service: Don't expect too much, just have it Hygiene: The hotel hygiene is OK Environment: The alleyway is a bit dirty. There is no way because there are too many tourists and it is an old city. The responsibility is not on the hotel but on the municipality.

There are very few sockets. More sockets are required.

Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city). They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back.

The room wasn't well soundproofed, and you could hear a lot of people passing by in the hallway. It's well located, the room is small but comfortable, and the bathroom door is transparent, so you can hear everything.

When the application arrived, we had not sent the mail to check in, so we had to call the hostel several times to send it to us. Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Overall, the price is good, the front desk service and cleaning aunt are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk, every time they meet, they are smiling ”Ola”... The best thing is that the location is super good, the palace, Mayor Square, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. The surrounding shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and supermarkets are all available. Personal travel is still very good! ! !

Location is excellent near the shopping district and metro station. The only thing about the room is, there isn’t any comfortable sofa seat or arm chair that you can rest on without dirtying the bed. Also, it’s cold at 11 degree, but you have to request for blanket. The room doesn’t comes with any blanket if you do not request for it. It’s weird. Overall, ok with the hotel

The location is good as it’s very central. The room was a bit small but it was on discount and the facilities were alright. We had a bathtub and had no problem going around Madrid. It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see. Either ways it’s not a resort so I think the experience was good

The hotel-style apartment for a family of four lived well, the location is really convenient, it is also very convenient in the shopping area and to various attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, there is a small supermarket diagonally opposite, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only bad thing is that the bar street downstairs is noisy with people drinking until the early hours of the morning.
