When the application arrived, we had not sent the mail to check in, so we had to call the hostel several times to send it to us. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The televisor's control is not working.  the window has no curtains, so it comes into light and we wake up in the morning.
Positive: perfect location, 1 minute away from the hotel.

They have everything you need to cook and clean your clothes, loved the view, wished they had air conditioner and bathrooms are shared but besides that it was good

The location is very good. It is a renovated old building with stylish shutters and floor-to-ceiling windows and a high roof. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. It is suitable for family vacations. The cafes and small restaurants on the corner are also good.
The disadvantage is that the windows are not sealed tightly and you can hear the noise from the street. However, there are few pedestrians at night. It did not affect my sleep.

This hotel is located in the middle of everything, most attractions are within walking distance, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The people who work there were nice and helpful, making us feel very welcomed. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, pretty much got everything we needed and more...We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to visit Madrid.

Muy bien ubicado, me quedé dos días con mi padre y pudimos ir caminando a varios puntos turísticos.
La limpieza y atención que recibimos tambien 10/10. No hacen early check in, pero nos indicaron que si la habitación la tenian lista antes de la hora podían darla, fueron muy amables.

The location of the hotel is very superior. It is in the center of Madrid. There are FiveGuys, cheese and ice cream shops and various fashion stores downstairs. You can walk to the street in less than two minutes. It is very lively, but the sound insulation of the hotel can be more perfect

I loved everything in this hotel. The location, the room was nice and spacious, and quiet! The only thing that's weird is the bathtub. You can't use it. I understand because of saving water, but that's a huge let down, tho. Especially, getting in and out of it to shower. You really have to be careful but to slip. So, maybe in the future, they will upgrade the rooms and simply replace it with a shower.
Btw I like the fact that you can bring your own food and hang out downstairs or on their nice patio. There's also a bar for a few drinks.

Overall, the price is good, the front desk service and cleaning aunt are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk, every time they meet, they are smiling ”Ola”... The best thing is that the location is super good, the palace, Mayor Square, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. The surrounding shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and supermarkets are all available. Personal travel is still very good! ! !
