Hotel location is particularly good, just next to the subway Opera, travel is very convenient, there are many Chinese restaurants around, the room is very clean, hotel service is also very good, cost-effective, more recommended!

Extremely well located in the heart of the city. 2 mins walk from Metro Station named Sol and 10 mins drive or metro to Atocha Railway Station to catch bus to Airport. Friendly staff and always willing to help.Highly recommend to stay as numerous small convent stores around, taxi stand outside, McDonalds, KFC and Burger King 1 mins walk. Tourist Office 3 mins walk.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. You can walk to all places in the center. Quiet enough. View from the window to the courtyard. It's good to spend one night

Great location. Room was clean and big enough for luggage. Some reviews said that the hotel was very noisy and it’s true. External noise from the street. Internal noise comes from neighbouring rooms and corridors. The noise continued well past midnight, making it impossible for me to get the quality of sleep I needed. I also experienced frequent slamming of doors and loud conversations in the hallways and lobby throughout the night (till 3am!) further disrupting my rest. I couldn’t understand why the staffs didn’t stopped them. I felt that the hotel does not have the intention to manage the noise problem. Hydraulic door buffer can be installed easily to reduce some noise but it is not available in this hotel.

Nice hostel in the centre of Madrid. Very clean and very friendly staff convenient for shopping and relaxing. Walking distance of palace and plaza mayor, I stayed few days late september and much enjoyed it. Rooms have good bed and private shower/toilet, free wifi and simple but modern look. Small fridge is provided no kettle but there are plenty of small bars and restaurants nearby where coffee and simple breakfast will be €3,50 or so, set lunch around €12 including glass of wine or other drink.

My favourite hotel in Madrid as it is considered a pleasant location to stay a distance away from the top bustling Gran Via and Callao area. Just a stop away from Callao, it is directly above Opera station. Nearby area a lot of nice restaurants and convenient stores. Chinese can find local China food nearby at Saint Domingo. I would love to return this hotel to stay. Nice!

This hotel truly understands Chinese travelers! First off, the views are excellent; the Madrid streetscape at sunset is especially stunning. The room features a large, full-length mirror that makes the space feel incredibly spacious. The bathroom has a convenient wet/dry separation, and the shower is generously sized and spacious. They provide a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and all other essentials like toothbrushes, slippers, cotton swabs, and cotton pads are readily available. What's more, and this was a fantastic surprise, they even offer Chinese power outlets and USB ports! The location is also superb; situated right in the city center, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere. ZARA is just across the street, and nearby you'll find a Burger King, plus some delicious Sichuan and Cantonese restaurants. All in all, this hotel is a perfect choice!

The newly opened hotel is right at the back door of Plaza Mayor. The location is super good, just seven minutes walk to the palace, and about five minutes from the Ingles department store. It takes only five or six minutes to reach the subway station. The hotel is very clean and the courtyard is beautiful. The daily breakfast is a cold meal. The room was small, but the victory was quiet. recommend! Very good value for money. Looks like I was the first person to write a review.

The location is great. It is much quieter than Sol Square and close to the surrounding tourist attractions. There is a mart right in front and a coin laundry on the first floor of the building next to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and the place is clean. However, the water in the bathtub didn't drain well, which was inconvenient. I was going to ask the hotel staff to improve it, but I was too lazy, so I just stayed. The room is large enough for a family of four.
