Clean spacious apartment w full fridge. With children, the 2nd bathroom helpful for getting ready. Great location to walk to the museums. Grocery store right at the corner. Soft pillow not too bulky. Comfortable mattress not too soft. Full kitchen amenities (utensils, coffee maker, pots, colander, plates, bowls, toaster, etc). Shower hot w good pressure. Fluffy towels. Wi-Fi worked well in kitchen/living room, but not in the bedroom. Hiccup with the washer dryer not working on arrival. Repair man came to fix it the next day, but did not open the water valve and only reconnected the outlet tube to the drainage pipe loosely, resulting in water flooding the kitchen. We figured out the water valve and connected tubing more securely ourselves, but this should have been resolved prior to our arrival. Aritz at the main desk was friendly and very helpful on arrival.

Great location in Madrid neighborhood steps away from Metro station. Place looked just like pictures. Communication with Sonder was great. Elevator stopped working while we were checking out, and we received txt letting us know with offer of assistance to help carry bags down stairs. Will look to stay here again on my next trip to Madrid.

Couldn't have picked a better hotel - welcoming and friendly from the start. We arrived on an early flight and they were happy to store our bags while we looked around the Retiro Park which is just around the corner. We went back for some lunch in the rooftop bar/restaurant and they already had a room ready for us. The room was a good size, very clean and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big with a shower over a bath which was very powerful. A nice little seating area opposite the bed, a minibar/fridge, lots of hanging space and an iron and board. The rooftop bar is a lovely place to watch the sun set over the city and we had cocktails up there a couple of times. There is also a small swimming pool on the roof. Quite a way out of the city centre but that meant it was also quiet and it was an easy walk to the museums and about half an hour to walk to Plaza Mayor. Near a metro station though and taxis are not very expensive either. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Travelled to Madrid from Scotland, for five nights, with my husband, father and 7 month old daughter. Location of hotel was perfect. Welcome to hotel was lovely. Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. However....on our second evening we had no warm water in the shower of our rooms. After a very busy and warm day, we wanted to shower and get ready to meet our friends for dinner. We couldn't. I contacted reception and after 50 minutes, it was not resolved. We went to reception and were offered another room, however we now did not have enough time to get showered etc before our evening plans. We were told that the delay was due to reception being busy checking people in. I feel that as we were already guests, it was disappointing that there was no priority given to us. It ruined our night. We never received any apology. We were offered to move room however the water was working the following morning. I feel that this was not handled correctly, however apart from this...could not fault hotel. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Marvelously decorated comfortable 2 bedroom apartment; 1 WC with amazing water pressure; lots of towels; kitchen fully equipped for making your own meals (no microwave) with large fridge with freezer, dishwasher (it has a convenience package with one dishwasher tablet, one lilliput capsule dish detergent for hand washing, a cloth, a small dish mop), electric stove top and oven, Nespresso coffee machine (with 4 capsules), tea cattle and tea; Very good WiFi; 2 big LED TV (bedroom and living room, with 2 remotes), Netflix ready (if you have a personal account); A/C with apartment control panel; 2 small balconies. Rooftop bar with heated swimming pool. Restaurant with nice breakfast available (we had our breakfast previously booked and are very glad we did so). We arrived early and had our luggage safe stored by the front desk personnel; same for when we had our check-out (late flight). Super nice, friendly, helpful professional personnel. Superb location, if you are a moderate walker you can walk to just about everywhere. Lots and lots of restaurants (all prices range) within 200m radius (some 24h open). Bus in front of the Hotel door; Metro (Subway) about 100 meters top. Excellent stay.
