Decent Hotel that is approximately 15-20 minutes from Madrid's main airport.
There are no local shops or restaurants and for this they exploit the opportunity by charging 3-4 times the normal retail price for drinks and snacks in the vending machine on the ground floor.
Restaurant left little to be desired on the menu.
To get to central Madrid, like areas such as Sol you will need to exit the hotel to reach the main road, cross over (don't forget this) and catch most of the available buses to the metro station and then continue your journey by metro for 7-8 stops. So a transport card is recommended for a few days travelling around.
Rooms are a little spacious and are clean but have no in-room safe leaving you to juggle your valuables and to secure them in your luggage.
Overall a decent stay at a "no-frills" hotel that is priced really well. Expect the price to go up once they add more amenities such as complimentary bottled water, a safe and a mini-bar.

The bathroom door wouldn't close and made a horrible slamming noise. Every time one of us went to the bathroom, it woke the other. The bedspread had stains, as did the curtains; the TV wouldn't connect to the internet. The location, if you're looking for sightseeing, is terrible, although in our case, we already knew that. The rooms have very little light.
