Great for the price
The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. This is not a luxury hotel (and it doesn't claim to be!) but it was ideal for the price point it has a few snags but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO, HABITACION LIMPIA Y MODERNA, CERCANA DE LA GRAN VIA / PLAZA ESPAÑA, UN LUJO DE HOSTAL. ACCESO POR CODIGOS, RECUERDEN REGISTRARSE PARA QUE SU PROCESO SEA AUN MAS FACIL A SU LLEGADA, CHECK-IN 15 HORAS CHECK-OUT 12, GRACIAS POR LAS ATENCIONES RECIBIDAS.

Do Not book , complicated and confusing checkin , they are supposed to send a code after calling, they don’t answer the phone, after not able to contact anyone had to book another hotel, rude customer service refused refund , way better options in the area
